Am I in the Wrong Spot?
« on: May 03, 2012, 06:27:31 AM »
I'm working on writing some book and video reviews for that section. This appears to be that section. But I see lots of locked threads and no new activity?

Tameesha volunteered to moderate this board.  If I recall correctly, she requested that the automatic locking feature be disabled for this board.  I think I did disable it, but that would not be retroactive.  So boards that were already locked due to old age would remain locked until I manually unlock them.

If you have a specific thread that you need unlocked, just ask a moderator.  I can't remember if board moderators can do it or not, so it would be good if Tameesha tried it out and reported on that.  The global moderators can all unlock threads.

I just got some new puppy books, so I'll be adding new reviews on those as I read them.

You're in the right spot! There isn't much activity which is why we are trying to get it up and going again. I just finished finals and have 150 pages left in my first book I'm going to review so hopefully will have that done this weekend! I didn't forget  Thank you for unlocking the posts.

I can lock topics, sticky them, remove them, move them, and I have a button that says "add poll" and one that says "split topic"

If I can unlock old ones I don't know how yet.

If you can lock, you should be able to unlock.
