Puree Chicken liver, or beef liver, ( I really think any meat will do) in blender, add a couple eggs, puree some more. Add some garlic powder ( not salt, and NO onions). Then, add water to make kinda soupy-- but not real thin-- gotta experiment here, and you will see why.
pour into a bowl and then, add regular oatmeal-- until you get a "desired thickness." Spread evenly onto a lined cookie sheet or into a lined cake pan, Bake at 350 degrees until "done" if on a cookie sheet, the mix should be spread thin enough to make "cookies" when broken apart. In a cake pan, you are looking for a brownie type texture, with the mix being cooked all the way through.
Freezes well- do not store at room temp-- this stuff molds really fast!
