Server Outage

I apologize for the unavailability of Service Dog Central yesterday and this morning.  There was a problem with the server that I did not have access (or skill) to address.  Unfortunately, my hosting company was unavailable on Christmas day, but they were back up and in good form this morning.  It took about half an hour of work and they had it back up.

Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
