We did this last year. This is a great program.

 :trx: Owner trained service dogs and private trainer proffessionally trained SDs are not eligible under their guidelines for this free exam.  :paw:

I owner train and gave this info when applying and getting approved, I got an appointment. I also told the eye vet and she said it was ok too. So I don't know.

Individual vets in some areas may make exceptions when they believe the credible assurances of the person applying.  Since they are volunteering their time, ACVO can't really dictate to them who they may and may not examine.

It's a shame fakers have taken this away from many of us too.
