I took Cara yesterday to the Dutch agility championships. I had actually qualified with Jamey in the starters-class, but she had been limping due to a bruised toe and I didn't want to run a show with her so soon after she recovered (only 2 days before). So I took Cara to socialize. And she behaved so beautifully! When I stood somewhere to watch or chat, she would simply sit down beside me (without cue) and have a look around. At the prize-giving from this years competition she simply sat and looked around, and we were in the midst of the crowd. When we walked around and passed people and other dogs, she mostly ignored them and quietly walked with me. Sometimes she would try to pull to another dog, but one voice correction ("no")would be enough to remind her that's not acceptable.

It was in an indoor horse-arena , but there was barely any sniffing after I told her no.

I'm so proud of my little one! She's almost coming home (in 2 weeks, I hope!)
