Usually the dogs I see with homeless people are pretty mangy, badly behaved, and unhealthy looking. There was one time though that I did see a homeless guy with his dog by the side of the road. The guy was a wreck, but the dog was wearing a SD harness and looked to be in excellent condition, beautifully groomed, well-kept, older, and well behaved as far as I could tell. That's the only homeless person with a SD I've ever seen, around here the fakers are usually little yappy Fifi's owners.
